WOW What a shock !!!! I’m only learning of Win’s death 6 months after the fact. I just got off the phone with Randol who is still getting over Win’s loss. They were obviously very close. I knew Win from my boyscout days when he was a leader & an Eagle Scout. We reconnected again 10 years ago when we both ended up in San Diego. And spending time with Win was always a highlight of every class reunion - I don’t think he missed any !!! Win loved life. Everyone who ever met him considered him a friend. YOU ARE GREATLY MISSED WIN!!!!
