In Memory

Carol Eisen (Kerr)

Carol graduated from the University of Maryland and worked for the U.S. Dept. of Transportation until she left to join her husband Bob in retirement when she was just 48. She was an avid runner and cyclist and ran the Marine Corps Marathon after she stopped working. She had no children of her own but enjoyed a warm relationship with Bob's two children and five grandchildren. Carol was a sweet and gentle soul who always smiled and tried hard not to complain about the cancer that she endured for seven years. She believed that it taught her much about life and spirituality. She knew it would take her life.
