Ricki Wolfe

Ricki “Rick” Ray Wolfe, age 65, passed away on Friday, January 26, 2018. Born in Washington, DC on March 13, 1952, he was the son of the late Courtland Henry Wolfe and Florence May Wolfe. He was also preceded in death by his sister, Helen Smithson. A loving husband, a caring father, brother, and friend, Rick will be dearly missed and will never be forgotten. Rick leaves behind to cherish his memory, wife of 44 years, Jean Elizabeth Wolfe; son, James “Jim” Matthew Wolfe and wife, Rebecca, of Monroe LA. He is also survived by his twin sister, Vicki May White of Owings, MD; brother, Cecil Henry Wolfe and wife, Wendy, of Copperas Cove, TX; and several nieces and nephews. A Celebration of Rick’s Life will be held on Sunday, February 4, 2018 at 3:00 PM at Englewood Baptist Church, 1350 S. Winstead Ave., Rocky Mount. A visitation will be from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM prior to the service. A Committal Service will be held on Monday, February 5, 2018 at 3:00 PM at Gethsemane Memorial Park, 700 Hwy 24, Newport, NC 28570. In lieu of flowers, in honor of Rick’s wishes, please share a prayer or kind deed with Jean during the next few weeks.
